Updated Registration Model

Important:

  • The registration and final paper submission deadline has been expanded to Mai 9th 2020.
  • Please avoid contacting us currently with questions related to the registration/changing existing registrations. We are currently updating the registration model and the registration rules. We aim for a fair and transparent set of rules, independent of the time of registration.

Due to the worldwide developments of COVID-19, the registration model for the IFAC World Congress has been adjusted.

We introduce a new registration option: virtual participation. The new option allows authors to virtually present and to publish their contributions without requiring personal on-site presence.

Please note that we are doing our best to reduce the cost of virtual participation. This is, however, limited by legal liabilities due to non-cancelable conference center capacities and hotel accommodations, as well as costs for publishing and paper management.

None of our decisions are driven by commercial interest, as the national member organization is a non-profit organization. We thank you for your kind understanding and solidarity in this challenging global situation due to COVID-19.

To implement the new registration options, the registration system is currently not available.

The exact registration costs are currently worked out and will be published end of this week.
